3-day kettlebuilding
program

I called this program 'Kettlebuidling' because it’s exactly what it sounds like—kind of like powerbuilding's joint-friendly cousin.

Everyone should be on a workout program

Being on a program will help you remain honest with your training so you know that you're not skipping out on anything. It will give you the ability to be more calculated and track your progress.

going into the gym and winging it unfortunately isn't going to cut it.

No guess work

Everything you need to do will be planned out for you. From the time you enter the gym to when you leave, you'll be making the most out of your time there. And if any piece of equipment is taken, alternative exercise choices will be provided.

Never get bored

This program will provide you with a calculated, well-planned approach to training to maximize progress, complimented with enough variety to keep things interesting. Training should be enjoyable.

Save money

Personal training sessions and online coaching can be hard to budget, so this program will give you the tools necessary to train as if you were in a session with me. My goal is for you to learn so much that you can eventually teach your friends and family how you train.

Consistency

With everything else considered, consistency is the most important element of success. As cliché as it sounds, it rings the most true in fitness. You can be on the best training program ever designed, but if you are inconsistent it won't work. Even being on a bad program but remaining consistent will give you better results than the former. I can't stress that enough.

Stay accountable

I will guide you the best I can, but it's up to you to do the work. And that goes for more than just training. Nutrition, sleep, hydration, and stress management are of equal importance to training. All of that combined, and you'll get in the best shape of your life.

Never get bored

This program will provide you with a calculated, well-planned approach to training to maximize progress, complimented with enough variety to keep things interesting. Training should be enjoyable.

Sneak peak

Still unsure? Here's a quick preview

This program is for people who want to get strong and jacked, but are beat up (or just bored) from doing barbell training.
